Terms of Service

1. Introduction

  • Effective Date: June 28, 2025
  • Parties: These Terms govern your use of the websites, services, and events (collectively, “Services”) provided by Future Champions Elite (“we,” “us,” “our”).
  • Acceptance: By registering for or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

  • Description: We provide youth basketball clinics, leagues, and community events.
  • Eligibility: Participants must be between ages 6–13 and have a parent/guardian complete registration.

3. Registration & Payment

  • Registration Requirements: All participants must complete our online registration form.
  • Fees: The fee for each clinic/event is $[Amount], payable at time of registration via [Stripe/PayPal/SureCart].
  • Refund & Cancellation Policy:
    • Full refund if canceled 10 days before the event.
    • No refunds for no-shows.

4. Participant Conduct & Safety

  • Code of Conduct: Participants and guardians agree to follow coaches’ instructions and respect facilities.
  • Safety Waiver: By registering, you acknowledge the inherent risks of sports activities and release us from liability (see our separate Waiver & Release form).

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All logos, training materials, photos, videos, and website content are our property.
  • Limited License: You may download or print materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • No Derivatives: You may not modify or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Privacy

  • Privacy Policy: How we collect, use, and protect your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy [link].

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: Services are provided “as is.”
  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted, our liability for any claim related to these Services is limited to the amount you paid.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
  • We’ll post the revised Terms here with a new Effective Date; your continued registration or participation constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
